Work ethic matters .. 99% start with zero followers .. it takes work .. now,’ many can get burnt out because they are so impatient to get to “a million” followers that they look for every hack, cheat, quick-ass move to get there, why? Because they need the clout or outside affirmation to feel better about the insecurity or because they think they’ll make $ and use it to buy things to impress people for outside validation. My friends .. the reason some don’t burn out even after putting in the work ethic is that they are patient and aren’t in need of “it” they love their craft, their art, their skill, and ultimately “the process” aka “the game” .. that is where I am trying to get my community because happiness is worth fighting for ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ #Shorts #Garyvee

Let's just take a moment to absorb the fact that someone that engaged Gary in direct communication, someone that has had opportunities to learn things—about Gary's work ethic, his expectations of people, "it's not owning the Jets, it's the process of being able to own the Jets"—and this person is complaining that two posts didn't yield measurable ROI.

  5. I had 1100 followers and got kicked out of YouTube program for illegal click activity. I sworn to call center agent of YouTube that it wasn’t me but they didn’t give a shit. So now I’m again starting and have only 250subs in 1 year. My wife tells me do give up. I don’t give damn . I do what I do and don’t give a fuck if I can’t reach the YouTube program again. I like what I do and also I be a good influence to the most important people in my life. Those are my children: I show them to not stop with something that I like just because the algorithm doesn’t catch my shit
