Get a job at VaynerMedia by being disproportionately honest. Too many of you are scared to say what you believe in or what you think is true, when in actuality, you have to go with what you believe in and then die on that sword. Trust me. That’s how you will get a job at VaynerMedia.

This episode was obviously just a Skype call that I had with some marketing students at university – I figured that there was a lot of value in here for you guys to dissect and take out.

If it was my company I can read right through people being fake. Make sure your 100% honest with yourself and the potential employer or go start your own business. you'll never succeed if you lie to yourself and others

Hi Gary, I dont know if you will see this, but I just felt the urge to write and share the following to see where it can lead.

The last many years I have traveled the world and the past year I have been in Bern, Switzerland studying at an international business school. But I quit, because it just didnt make sense to me anymore.

I started watching your videos a few weeks before I stopped (and until now watched all Dailyvee´s twice, but the newest episodes) and all I have thought and am thinking about has been to spend time around a person like you and the people you have in your organization every day, because of how important that kind of environment is for working, learning, growing and be a part of something bigger and something special.

My question is how I can help and support you and your organization anywhere in the world?

One of my main loves is writing.

I have written a book called Your Unique Journey – a book that contains my story and some tools etc. I have learned along the way. I have written a lot of blogs and also an article that was published in a magazine here in Bern.

So I know I can write and be of help and support in that department, especially when it comes to writing based on interviews and stories.

Two ideas:

1st: To make a book of short stories, based on interviews from the many people working in your company and how it is different than other companies/organizations and changed their lives. I can interview a large bunch of them and write it into a book or series of books.

2nd: This could also be done with all the people you sign through VaynerSports and many of the artists and upcoming entrepreneurs that you talk to – to really get this down in writing in terms of what is changing with them after and publish and share those changes in written form. Those are inspiring stories that are worth publishing online and in physical books I think!

This could perhaps be a new idea for you and/or your companies brand, like: VaynerBooks or VaynerStories or something, what do you think?

I am of course also open to writing a lot of other content and am open to anything that is possible!

I really enjoy hip/hop and can for example make mixes of all the tracks that the hip/hop artists you talk to make on an ongoing basis.

My first love was basketball, I was a great shooter and have a personal record of making 94/100 3-pointers and I bet I can beat you even though you probably touch a ball more often than I do these days! 😉

Gary, I am looking for a serious change in my life and can and will do whatever and one of the things I want is to be around people who are where I am not, but whom I can help and support and along with that learn as much as possible and make an impact with you and your international team at the same time.

The punchline here to get a sense of me is that when a coach, an employer or whoever believes in me and gives me the freedom and environment to perform and to do my thing and use my creativity "my way", that is where I blossom. And I am looking for being in that kind of an environment again for a much longer period of time than I have experienced!
