What I learned from this video…
1. Know yourself
2. Be self-aware
3. Know how much profit you want to make
4. Build your business for legacy and perpetuity
5. Poor revenues back into the company/reinvest in your company
6. Brand (Build One)
7. Bring value for the ecosystem
8. Let happiness be your guide
9. What choices will make you happy
10. Have a MISSION STATEMENT
11. Lean into what you’re doing/triple down
12. Put in the work
13. Calibrate to what your doing and your goals
14. Distinguish yourselves from others
15. Deploy paid ads to enhance your brand
16. Use multiple thumbnails on different ads and then use the one that works on your video
17. Know yourself it’s important
18. Hire for the things you don’t want to do
19. Reap what you sow…so work smart and grind (this is just my thought)
20. Run ads to people who are concerned or work with companies or in industries that relate to your brand
21. Believe in what you are doing
22. Listen to the problems people are facing
23. Give content that has value to the end user
24. Brand/Sentiment/ and Karma all matter
25. Differentiate to multiple audiences by Using one social account for brand while another for the user or owner (like a human face account and a brand account)
26. Focus on cold hard business results
27. Focus on reducing friction for the end consumer
28. The goal is to build your brand or product
29. Learn to redirect eyeballs and clicks from your competitors (like amazon) using added value like emails newsletter, special promos, or something unique that gives the consumer VALUE.
30. Live your truth (do what matters to you because you do not want to live with regrets)
31. Let your competitors underestimate you
32. How does your funnel work (How does it function? what is the end goal?) is your goal sales, users base, returning customers, etc.
33. Document and create
34. Podcast Basics (8 simple questions/template/format)
35. Execute, Execute, Execute
36. Scale your business (like chunking your videos from 1 hour to smaller bite size bits that can be reposted like a direct message and on multiple platforms)
37. Everything is fixable/ have intent/have a lack of fear ( life all about alternatives)
38. Don’t over think hiring
39. Your only as good as the last good thing you did in business
40. DON’T WASTE TIME
41. Look for Paid/Underpriced paid attention
42. Target your audience with your specific video
43. Know exactly what you’re up to
44. Feed your business at if it were like your family
45. Catch growth because it's important.
