  1. Mr. Gary, in school they told us that. When doing business in other countries do NOT use idioms as they may be offensive to other cultures, however I feel stifled when I just want to use the word tubular.

  3. Just saw this on LinkedIn, really love what you're preaching here, it's what I've been telling people for years. Anyhow one more piece of advice, get to real talk with your client ASAP, the sooner you can get their guard down the better, and the sooner you can identify the truth and needs of the customer.
