Really love this keynote that I did with Chase Jarvis a little while back at Photoplus. If you’re a photographer or do client services in some way, I think that there is a ton of value in here that you can take from.

  1. Maybe Chase has done it already but you could create a advanced photographers network / community and share presentation resources for the next generation of photography sales , 360, VR i.e. a wedding VR presentation all the main 'stock ' could be from the network.

Even retrospective conversions from super8> HD > VR bla sponsored ads bla bla money bla money bla county > state > nation bla events bla… ;P lol ( $..$ ) #chaching 99 millys for gary 1 milly for blabla lol

  2. If you do free creative work for someone else, you better make sure you have 100% creative control. If someone else doesn't want to pay you, but wants to tell you how to do your work, that's when you're being taken advantage of.

  3. Wow. This is probably one of the best videos I've seen you guys do. Seriously. I honestly felt like the pricing thing hurt me. I quickly upped my prices because the demand was there, then, got like 1 out of 12 people accept. Then, no one did… and then went through a dark period where I felt like I wasn't good enough to charge those prices and long story short. I'm back on track. Saying "yes" instead of "no." And feel like what you said, Gary, about saying a price… then lowering it to get the sale (if they can't pay that) is great! I never thought of that. Thanks so much!
