  4. I'm 63 and bought a tiny, local company to scale 3 years ago. Took on a partner 20 years younger than me and now have 50+ employees all of which are very much younger than I am. I've learned so much from all of them and I've had a chance to help them understand how to scale a business. Now have operations in 9 states and have a valuation 10X+ the original buy. Don't retire – just rewire!
