On American Idol, Gabby Barrett ended the night with a strong rendition of “The Climb” by Miley Cyrus. Luke Bryan said that was his favorite vocal situation of the night. Luke said it was the first time that he felt Gabby was not playing around anymore and wanted it all.
Katy Perry said she went through the star wash. Katy said she sounds like a star. Katy noted she rode the song so well. Katy was really impressed. Lionel Ritchie said there are things in this business that are just magical. Lionel said we are watching the beginning of a star being born with Gabby.
