American Idol: Gabby Barrett Gives Fantastic Performance Of ‘Rivers Deep’ For Finale

On American Idol, Gabby Barrett delivered a fantastic performance of “Rivers Deep” for the finale. “Rivers Deep” was released on Friday and is already in the top 10 on the iTunes music chart. The song was penned by a team of talent: Andrew Goldstein, Jessica Karpov, Evan Bogart, Emanuel Kiriakou and Ella Henderson.
Katy Perry said that Gabby has her own fan handler. Katy said that it was a really cool song. Katy said that the difference between picking a song for the studio and the audience is two different worlds. Katy loved what Gabby did at the end by taking it up a notch.
Luke Bryan said that he remembered performing a song that people don’t know so you need to sell yourself and your voice. Lionel Ritchie said that from now on when you select a song select from the stage back. Lionel said that selection of song is really important.
