American Idol: Cade Foehner Gives Unique Spin On Jewel’s ‘Who Will Save Your Soul’

On American Idol, Cade Foehner rocked out to Jewel’s “Who Will Save Your Soul” for his first performance of the night. The contestants were choosing songs from the year that they were born.
Lionel Ritchie said that every time Cade steps up to the mic he tests the envelope. Lionel said he struggled a bit when he went low but that he took it to another place. Lionel said he was proud of him. Katy Perry called it an interesting rendition. Katy said that she knows how much horsepower Cade has in his voice. Katy said that he would love to hear the slow rise in the second performance. Katy noted that her mom is voting for him as she is obsessed with Cade.
Luke Perry said that Cade has an iconic look. Luke said that Cade always gets there by the end. Luke said great job and to crush it on the next one.
